Music a` la Carte

This free, lunch-hour concert series has been a tradition at Oregon State University since 1969. The concerts take place in the beautiful Memorial Union Lounge, most Fridays during fall, spring and winter term, beginning at 12 p.m. and lasting for approximately 45 minutes. They feature a variety of OSU music ensembles, faculty and student musicians, as well as regional, national and international guest artists.

Oct. 3 - Jeffers-Carlson Duo (OSU Faculty Angela Carlson and Rebecca Jeffers, Piano for Four Hands)

Oct. 10 - Oregon Chamber Players Quartet of Portland

Oct. 17 - OSU Faculty Showcase (A fun, diverse program featuring ambient electronic music, jazz, classical, voice, piano duo.)

Oct. 24 - U.S. Army Jazz Combo from Ft. Lewis, Washington

Nov. 7 - OSU Chamber Choir and Crescent Valley High School Concert Choir

Nov. 14 - OSU Campus Band Fall Concert

Nov. 21 - CelloGrass of Portland, featuring Gideon Freudmann, cello and Brad Price, guitar

Dec. 5 - Songs of the Season with University Chorale and the Corvallis Community Choir (At First United Methodist Church, 1165 NW Monroe)

All concerts are held in the Memorial Union Lounge, with the exception of Dec. 5.
