  • Your camera: DSLR (recommended), cell phone, compact camera, or mirrorless camera
  • Tri-pod

 

WORKSHOP:

Make a solar filter for your camera and learn how to safely photograph the solar eclipse in all its phases. Practice taking photographs of the sun when its position is at a similar height, latitude, and longitude to the solar eclipse on August 21st.

 

Workshops start at 8:00 am on Saturday, April 15 and Saturday, April 29 in Fairbanks Hall 204 on the Oregon State University campus. All materials to make a solar-filter for your camera will be supplied.
