Art Portfolio - ALL STUDENTS!

6-8 Digital images on a thumbdrive, or physical pieces of art you have created
Portfolios should emphasize:
Observational drawing
Examples of painting, photography, sculpture, or other subjects studied in HS
Examples of work that describes your personal interests and goals
A coherent series or body of work
* If you do not have 6-8, please bring whatever you do have! This is an opportunity to review your work with current professionals in the Art field!

Clothing items - Residential Students

Check the weather! Appropriate clothes for 5 days and 5 nights

Studio clothes that may get dirty
Nice outfit for the final exhibition on Friday
Tennis shoes
Sweatshirt or jacket
Flip flops for showering

Personal hygene items - Residential Students

Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Body wash
Toothbrush/ Toothpaste/ Floss

Tampons/ Pads


Linens - Residential Students

Bedding will be provided, but if you would like to bring your own blanket, sheets, and pillow, you are welcome to.
Towel/ Washcloth


Any snacks that don't need to be refrigerated
Cards or other games
Room decorations
YOU are responsible for your cell phone/ipod/ipad/laptop and any other electronic device you may bring. Don't bring anything you don't want to risk being lost, broken, or stolen.

Anything you do not want to risk being damaged, lost, or stolen
There is a ZERO tolerance policy on campus for:
If you are caught in posession of these items, your parent/guardian will be notified immediately, and you will be sent home from JumpstART. 
You will be required to sign a Code of Conduct upon your check-in at JumpstART stating that you understand and agree to these conditions.
