Specializations: Organic farming and gardening, permaculture, indigenous foodways, and cooking.
Food Project: Organized the 2015 Earth Day Hoo-Haa festival for the OSU Organic Growers Club.

 

Victoria Jansen

Major: Agricultural Sciences, Honors Associate
Specializations: Food systems education and food outreach programs for children and families.
Food Project: Worked for the Linus Pauling Healthy Kids Program during three of their summer camps: Junior Master Chefs, Garden Story Time, and Chefs in the Garden.

 

Emma Johnstone

Major: Liberal Studies 
Minor: Leadership
Specializations: Food and nutrition education within the public school system, with a focus on food access as a social justice issue.
Food Project: Worked with the Corvallis Environmental Center's Farm to School program on the Edible Corvallis Initiative.

 

Benjamin Smallen

Major: Food Science & Technology, with a concentration in Fermentation Science
Minor: Chemistry
