Off for summer. Feel free to sit with student group that meets Thurs. 3-4 summer term. (During Fall, Winter, Spring Terms--Drop-in, Tuesdays 1:30-2:30pm in the Graduate Student Success Center/MU 203 (starts week 1), facilitated by Shaznin Daruwalla, PsyD)
is a unique sanctuary for everyone in the OSU community where you can soothe your mind, body, and spirit. Come explore an experience like no other on campus.Relax and unkink that stubborn muscle in the full body massage chair, center yourself in the meditation corner, use our guided relaxation software to find calmness, or sit by the therapy light on a rainy day. You donotneed to be a CAPS client to use the Mind Spa; it's open to all OSU students, faculty, and staff at no charge. There is no paperwork required and you can book the Mind Spa for up to one hour. All you need to do is relax!
The Mind Spa is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with orientations to the biofeedback relaxation software available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays between 2pm and 4pm. There is a brick labyrinth just south of the CH2MHill Alumni Center which is available at all times for person who would like to walk the labyrinth.
