OSU Contemplative Studies Initiative Seeks to

* Increase our understanding of contemplative practices and related philosophies and

*Enhance contemplative practice at OSU and in the broader community.

Do you need a refreshing weekend of movement and renewal?  Do you love to dance and are curious about meditative dancing?  Curious about different mystical and dance traditions?  Would you like to connect with others in the Corvallis community who share your passion in this area?  Are you looking for other forms of meditation that put you in close connection with your body and its movement?  Maybe you are already familiar with this form of dance meditation and welcome this opportunity in Corvallis.

We have the great honor of hosting a Sufi movement retreat right here in Corvallis this spring, led by a prominent figure in Sufi movement/dance community from the East Coast, Dunya McPherson.
