Bryan Conway is an Ecampus Instructor for the Economics Program in the School of Public Policy at Oregon State University. He received a MS in Economics at Oregon State University in 1994. He currently works for the Public Utility Commission of Oregon, and has had teaching experience at OSU as well as at other various institutions. Bryan’s research interests are in economic regulation and telecommunication services. He has served as an expert witness on a variety of topics including: estimation of the cost of equity, optimal business capital structure, deregulation of various telecommunications services, and alternative forms of regulation for telecommunications companies.
