Brief Vita

Dell Champlin is an Ecampus Instructor for the Economics Program in the School of Public Policy at Oregon State University.  Dell received her PhD in Economics in 1990 at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City.  She is a retired professor of Economics from Eastern Illinois University.  She has also worked as a visiting and adjunct instructor at various universities in the U.S. as well as an Economist and Budget Analyst in California.
