CLA earns five honors for excellence in marketing and communication

The College of Liberal Arts’ Marketing & Communications Team earned five honors from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). In the 2024 Best of District VIII Awards, CLA was recognized for its dynamic written and video storytelling, including supporting an innovative student-run social media team. 

CASE is a global nonprofit dedicated to educational advancement professionals in alumni relations, communications, development, marketing, and advancement services. District VIII includes community colleges, universities, and advancement organizations from Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Alaska and much of central and western Canada.

Winners were selected based on several factors, including overall quality, innovation, use of resources, and the impact on the institution or its external and internal communities, such as alumni, parents, students, faculty and staff.

CLA’s Marketing & Communications Team also recently released its 2024 year in review, highlighting its successes of the past year.
