Research/Career Interests
Dr. Patterson specializes in ethics of technology (especially in AI and data ethics), social epistemology, and feminist philosophy. She came to OSU in 2023. Prior to her position at OSU, she was post-doctoral fellow at Ethics Lab, within the Kennedy Institute of Ethics at Georgetown University. She received her Ph.D. in philosophy from Cornell University.
