August Baunach currently teaches technical writing (Wr 327) at Oregon State University.  From 1994-to-2014, he had a career in the high-tech industry, working for Hewlett-Packard (HP) Corporation. While working at HP as a Documentation Project Manager, Business Process Analyst, and Engineering Program Manager, he developed a great appreciation for the benefits of technical writing—which he tries to share in the classroom.
