Betty was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany, and came to the United States in 2018 to pursue a bachelor’s degree. This journey led her to continue her studies with a master’s in Cultural and Environmental Resource Management, where she developed a strong interest in interdisciplinary research. Her research interest focuses on advancing sustainable energy policies to address climate change.
