Dr. Kerr is available to mentor new PhD students in clinical psychology or other areas of psychology.
His current projects primarily concern public health effects of state cannabis and alcohol policies for adolescents and young adults. He has ongoing interests in family influences on adolescent substance use, depression, and suicide risk, with a special interest in longitudinal designs.
