Fahad Nahiyyan is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy at Oregon State University. He earned his Master of Public Policy and Management degree from the University of Southern California (USC). Fahad served as a lecturer at Qatar University; he taught courses in public policy and impact assessment. His research interests lie at the intersection of social policy and governance in the context of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. During his free time, Fahad enjoys exploring the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
