Trung Nguyen

Trung M. Nguyen is a PhD candidate in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with minors in Ethnic Studies and Queer Studies at Oregon State University. Nguyen earned two MAs in Performance Studies and TESOL at New York University and The New School, respectively. Entrenched in interdisciplinarity, Nguyen's research, teaching, and art practices center feminist studies in Southeast Asia and the diasporas. Nguyen is the author of publications in various peer-reviewed journals, such as Feminist Media Histories, Journal of International Women’s Studies, Journal of LGBT Youth, Performance Research, etc. Nguyen's artwork has been exhibited at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art.
