The Launchpad Scholars Program supports First-Generation, first-year Liberal Arts students through a multi-year need-based scholarship. Selected students are in a cohort and also have the chance to engage in opportunities related to their careers, as well as being mentored by other Launchpad Scholars. The College of Liberal Arts invites all First Gen, first-year Liberal Arts students to consider applying in January of their first year by attending two workshops designed to help students develop skills for writing successful scholarship applications. By participating in 2 workshops in winter term 2027, you will finish an application for a Launchpad scholarship and other OSU scholarships!
*all qualified students who attend both workshops and submit a scholarship application receive a $20 gift card and be considered for other scholarships
