Members of the Remote Teaching Peer Support team hail from across the CLA disciplines and teach a full range of online courses including intro-level surveys, WIC classes, graduate courses, and Honors colloquia. The team specializes in online course and assignment design and the effective use of online learning tools.
The team aims to:
Help faculty re-conceptualize their face-to-face classes to achieve learning outcomes in a fully online environment.
Support online course design and the creation of online activities and assignments.
Offer advice about the use of online learning tools for course instruction.
Connect teaching faculty with the appropriate university support for complex questions.
Beginning Monday, March 30, members of the team are available via Zoom according to the schedule below - simply click the Meeting ID below and then the "Join Meeting as an Attendee" button or link when it appears.
All users will first enter a waiting room. Please stay connected; approval from the host to enter the room may take a few seconds. If you find yourself waiting several minutes, the support team member is likely assisting another faculty member. You may elect to wait until they are available or email the team at email@example.com.
