Portfolios should emphasize:
Examples of painting, photography, sculpture, or other subjects studied in HS
Examples of work that describes your personal interests and goals
A coherent series or body of work
* If you do not have 6-8, please bring whatever you do have! This is an opportunity to review your work with current professionals in the Art field!
Clothing Items - Residential Students
Check the weather! Appropriate clothes for 5 days and 5 nights
Studio clothes that may get dirty
Nice outfit for the final exhibition on Friday
Sweatshirt or jacket
Flip flops for showering
Personal hygiene items
You are responsible for bringing any personal hygiene items that you may require.
Linens - Resident Students
Bedding will be provided.
Any snacks that don't need to be refrigerated
Cards or other games
YOU are responsible for your cell phone/ipod/ipad/laptop and any other electronic device you may bring. Don't bring anything you don't want to risk being lost, broken or stolen.

If you are caught in possession of these items, your parent/guardian will be notified immediately, and you will be sent home from JumpstART.
You will be required to sign a Code of Conduct upon your check-in at JumpstART stating that you understand and agree to these conditions.
