The Spring Creek Project offers residency programs at two locations in Oregon—the Shotpouch Cabin in the Oregon Coast Range and H.J. Andrews Experimental Forest in the western Cascade Range.

 

Shotpouch Cabin in the Oregon Coast Range

We host residencies and other gatherings at this cabin in the woods, including collaborative retreats, graduate student research and writing retreats, the Trillium Project, and writing workshops.

 

 

 

Long-term Ecological Reflections in the western Cascade Range

At the Andrews Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) site scientists conduct research projects designed to continue gathering data and insights for hundreds of years. Field symposia and writers gatherings are also held here along with the Writers-in-Residence Programs.
