A series exploring identity, belonging and purpose for people who are peri, post or somewhere in between
with Michele Ribeiro
ABOUT THE JOURNEY
This 6-week interactive workshop invites people who are experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause to reflect on their current life stage, explore what gives their life meaning at this developmental phase, and discover ways to engage more deeply with themselves and their lives. Through guided reflection, discussion, gentle movement, creative activities, and group connection, participants will leave with clarity, a sense of belonging, and practical steps for living with purpose during their menopausal years.
