ABOUT THE RETREAT
Join Afton Muir for a daylong mini-retreat where self-care practice and embodied philosophy converge in restful and nourishing rhythms. Themes of self-care, embodiment, and compassion naturally expand toward interdependence, inter-being, and engaged ethics.
Participants can expect deep rest and potent contemplation. The retreat schedule will include prompts for reflection, a range of gentle movement practices, and guided meditation, with breaks for journaling, group discussion, and lunch.
Please bring a sack lunch, a journal, and something to write with. Wear comfortable clothes. To honor space for reflection and attunement, participants will be invited to observe noble silence unless engaged in structured discussion periods.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For ability-related accommodations, please email us at [email protected] or leave us a voicemail at 541-737-4785. This program is not refundable after July 11th.
