Monday Night Mindfulness ONLINE - Open to ALL


Monday Evening Guided Mindfulness Meditations 6:30-7:30pm online via Zoom for the 2022-2023 school year. Open to all. No charge. No experience necessary. Just drop in (come a tad early to be on time)! Occurs all year long with very rare exceptions/cancellations. 


You're welcome to join for just the initial practice, or stay for the full session. See the approximate session schedule below. This offering is currently guided by a rotation of teachers: Hemant Bhanoo, Lynda Fischer, Rick Brand, Vicki Tolar Burton, and Kate Gallagher. 6:40-7:00 -   20-minute Guided Meditation

7:00-7:10 -   10-minute Walking Meditation or Mindful Self-Care Break

7:10-7:30 -   Silent Sit, Reflection/Sharing, and Dedication
