Monday Night Mindfulness ONLINE - Open to ALL

Monday Night Guided Mindfulness Meditation 6:30-7:30pm online via Zoom. Open to all. No experience is necessary. No charge. Donations to Contemplative Studies are always welcome! Sessions are guided every Monday, with the exception of occasional unguided meditations during OSU academic breaks. 

You're welcome to join for just the initial practice, or stay for the full session; please see the approximate session schedule below. This offering is currently guided by a rotation of teachers: Lynda Fischer, Rick Brand, Vicki Tolar Burton, and Kate Gallagher. Contact with general questions or for more information. 6:40-7:00p -  20-minute Guided Meditation

7:00-7:10p -  10-minute Walking Meditation or Mindful Self-Care Break

7:10-7:30p -  Silent Sit, Reflection/Sharing, and Dedication
