We're welcoming another stellar group of grad students to our programs in the fall. They include former editors of all kinds of publications, from a neuroscience journal to the New York Times Sunday Magazine's Kids Section, and are coming to us from Alaska, Florida, South Carolina and beyond. One managed volunteers at 826 Valencia, a literary arts nonprofit, and another was lead bass for Hofstra's all-female a cappella group "Makin' Treble." Several are the children of immigrants, and one already has a book on the way about feminism and social media. This is all to say, they're a pretty impressive cohort, and we can't wait to have them in Moreland soon.
