Fairbanks Gallery is Oregon State University’s state of the art professional art gallery. Its mission is to initiate, produce, and present scholarly visual art exhibitions to advance contact and dialogue with original works of art as an indispensable part of liberal art education. Exhibitions in the Fairbanks Gallery focuses on exhibiting the artwork of contemporary artists working now.
Praxis Gallery is a state of the art exhibition space in Fairbanks Hall dedicated to OSU Art majors. Frequent exhibitions give students the opportunity to test ideas, gain installation experience, and share their work with an audience outside of the classroom.

Basalt boulders and bronze
Inspired by the natural landscape surrounding Corvallis, Willamette Streamflow is a sculptural interpretation of 90 years of river flow measurements collected by the U.S. Geological Survey in Salem from 1930-2020.
Commissioned through Oregon’s Percent for Art in Public Places Program, managed by the Oregon Arts Commission.
