PhD students can select a focus in one of seven concentrations, eleven graduate certificates, or self-design a concentration with an advisor and with the approval of the Public Policy Graduate Program Director. Students can take concentration and elective courses from a variety of programs and colleges across the Oregon State University campus and Ecampus. Each formal concentration has a faculty advisor to help students identify appropriate courses and committee members. Note: PhD students can have up to 27 credits of "blanket" credits on their Programs of Study including practicum credits (e.g., PPOL 507-Seminar, PPOL 608-Practicum, etc.).
