Jay is a 1st year undergraduate student studying Religious Studies at Oregon State University; She is passionate about love, Internal Family Systems, being present in the here and now, and surrendering to the experience. She enjoys reading authors such as Richard C. Schwartz, Pema Chodron, M. Scott Peck, Alan Watts, Paulo Coelho, bellhooks, Chogyam Trungpa, and poetry by Rumi.
She also enjoys climbing, yoga, being in relationship to her body, eating food, and spending time outdoors.
