I am an assistant professor of economics at Oregon State University. I completed a Ph.D. in economics at Syracuse University in May 2020. Since 2024, I have also been a research affiliate at the IZA Institute of Labor Economics. My research interests are international trade, labor economics, productivity growth, and applied econometrics. My current research focuses on measuring the impacts of international trade on the labor market and productivity. I also study the effects of trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) on intergenerational mobility, informality, biased technological change, and productivity growth in developing countries. My broader interests involve applying nonparametric statistical methods in economics to measure productivity and labor market distortions.
