One of our goals in the CARVE Lab is to conduct research with real-world human factors applications.  These include
  • Enhancing the usability of displays and tools by incorporating knowledge about human perception
  • Developing more effective sensory motor learning techniques and virtual simulations for training
  • Advancing rehabilitation methods and informing the design of prosthetics
  • Improving human-computer interaction
