The School of Public Policy is offering a new undergraduate Minor in Public Policy starting in Spring 2025. The Public Policy minor requires a total of 27 credit hours, split between 5 required courses (20 credits) and elective courses (7 credits). The Public Policy program focuses on giving students the education and skills to help make the world a better place. By giving students direct contact with policy problems and training them to analyze public problems using political science, economics, and sociology, we help students position themselves as next generation problem solvers for complex and interconnected policy issues in areas as diverse as environment, climate, homelessness, housing, energy, transportation, rural issues, and more.
