ABOUT MARIGOLD

Marigold is the practice center stewarded by OSU's Contemplative Studies Initiative; we are open to the public. You can find yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes amidst other forms of embodied and intellectual contemplative pursuits. We aspire to contribute to a more compassionate and wise world through practice, reflection, and service. 

Offerings are rooted in ancient contemplative traditions and/or contemporary psychological approaches, and explored with a spirit of inquiry, discernment, empiricism, and appreciation for the natural world. You need not identify with or ascribe to a particular tradition while traversing, in community, the depths and terrain of being. The space itself is a refuge: restoring and welcoming by way of biophilic design elements, tall ceilings, and beautiful natural light. We sincerely hope to see you for a practice or program soon!
