4-5 pm - Informal reception with cookies and beverages

Students who graduated or will graduate between summer 2024 and summer 2025 are invited to participate in the 2025 SPP Graduate Celebration. Every graduate may collect tickets for TWO guests (no exceptions). We apologize for the limit, but we must do this to stay within the seating capacity of the MU Ballroom. 

Graduates will not need a ticket. Graduate regalia is welcome but not required.

You must RSVP at the link below by June 3, 2025. After you RSVP, you may go to Bexell 300 and collect two tickets for the event. ^**

Please allow 48 hours after your RSVP to update our lists and have your tickets ready. All tickets must be collected by June 5th, 2025. Tickets cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Day of the Event:

• 1:15 pm  Graduates arrive, collect their name card, and find a seat at the front
• 1:30 pm  Guests arrive, have their ticket collected and find a seat
• 2:00 pm  Program begins
  Brief remarks by the SPP leadership team
  Ushers will assist graduates in lining up. Graduates will cross the stage and have their names called.
• 4:00 pm  Graduates and guests are welcome to mingle with faculty, take photos, and get a cookie and a beverage!

^* Please note - This event is NOT graduate commencement. The official OSU commencement takes place on Saturday, June 14th. Students should consult this website for more information.

^**  If you cannot collect your tickets in person because you do not reside in Corvallis or the immediate vicinity, please contact Cindy Huddleston ([email protected]), and tickets can be mailed to you after you RSVP.
