Professor of Philosophy Allen Thompson has been invited and will present two of his recent papers on June 24, at the all-graduate, St. Cross College of Oxford University, in associate with the Oxford Uehiro Centre for Practical Ethics. The papers to be discussed are "A World They Don't Deserve: Moral Failure and Deep Adaptation" published in Stephen M. Gardiner, ed. *The Oxford Handbook of Intergenerational Ethics* (OUP 2022) and "Adapting Environmental Hope" from Nancy Snow, ed. *The Virtues: Hope* (OUP in press).
