The draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization that was leaked from the Supreme Court and published in Political last Monday suggests that the Court is preparing to overturn previous court rulings in Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey that established federal protection for a pregnant person’s right to an abortion. Join us for a panel discussion of experts in public health, political science, history, and religious studies to explore the context, significance, and implications of the leak and the legal changes it portends for American society.
